BerryTail is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): Read Apple's Standard EULA.
BerryTail offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple account. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
BerryTail helps you organise and track pet care. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health.
Use BerryTail only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.
BerryTail is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. The latest version is available in the app and on this page.
